Mr. Martinez is routinely sought after as a senior business consultant for C-level customers spanning technology innovation, business process development and integration, and training system development, and has participated in CEO-level business and regional development working groups and councils across the National Capital Region.  Mr. Martinez is a certified Defense Acquisition Workforce professional in Program Management.

Mr. Martinez is a retired Marine Corps officer and pilot, and brings years of experience as a strategic analyst, senior consultant, and Defense industry entrepreneur. Mr. Martinez has served as a President and Owner of two successful strategic management consulting firms and has also held key industry and government positions as a senior director, regional director, senior program/project analyst, business developer, and program manager across a range of enterprise-level Federal, Defense, and Industry programs and initiatives.
